My name is Helen O and I am an experienced female home carer. I have been providing care and support for individuals with various needs for over 10 years. I specialize in caring for individuals with conditions such as Mild Cognitive Impairment, Bedbound, Parkinson's Disease, Anxiety, and Depression.
I am skilled in a variety of care tasks including bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, and catheter care. I also understand the importance of companionship and enjoy spending time with my clients, engaging in conversation and activities that bring joy to their day.
In addition to my caregiving skills, I am dependable and have reliable transportation. I am a skilled driver with my own car, allowing me to easily commute to client homes. This allows me to provide flexibility and convenience to those I care for.
